Termination with Immediate Effect. 5.7H If on or after 1 July 2014 or at any time thereafter but before the Academy opens, the total number of prospective pupils having accepted offers of places to attend at the Academy in September 2014 is fewer than 64 , the Secretary of State may by written notice to the Academy Trust:-
