Termination With Notice Period. Either party may terminate Executive’s employment for any reason other than for Cause, Disability or death by giving the other party three (3) months’ notice in writing; terminations for Cause are governed by Section 5.1 above, for Disability by Section 5.2(C) below and death by Section 5.2(D) below.
