Termination Without Cause or by Reason of an Involuntary Termination. If Employee’s employment is terminated (i) for reasons other than Cause (other than by reason of Employee’s death or Disability) or (ii) by reason of an Involuntary Termination, in either case, on or within twelve (12) months following a Change of Control, then Employee shall be entitled to receive the following benefits from the Company:
