You may use this Transfer Funds Service to transfer funds between your eligible Fourth Capital accounts, draw funds from your Fourth Capital Line of Credit, or make payments to your Fourth Capital loans. By using the Transfer Funds Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. We suggest that you keep a copy of this Agreement together with your Account Agreement.   • Previous Terms and Conditions In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
