TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE. If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Plymouth Bouncy Castles should immediately be consulted. THE HIRER will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behavior of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children or adults. MAXIMUM AGE allowed to use this equipment is years and under, failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period will render the hirer liable for associated repair costs. THE HIRER shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key- rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment. No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment. No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Plymouth Bouncy Castles in the event of damage. THE HIRER shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of Plymouth Bouncy Castles when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer. THE HIRE PERIOD unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until or after at the discretion of Plymouth Bouncy Castles any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £35 per hour or part of. IMPORTANT NOTICE provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. Plymouth Bouncy Castles can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Plymouth Bouncy Castles or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Plymouth Bouncy Castles, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable. I DECLARE that I have read and understand these terms and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with the equipment, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE. The Hirer may submit their Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) Booking Form and Hire Agreement electronically, however the Hirer’s booking will only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of a signed Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) Booking Form and Hire Agreement along with the required Booking Deposit and payment of the Hire Charge at the required time. The Hirer must record the name of any person who is participating in the planned activity / event who are not members of the Club, where the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) has been hired on a one-off basis (for a single activity / event). Where the hire of the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) is for a Repeat Booking (a series of bookings or activities / events or a recurring booking) the Hirer shall be responsible for ensuring that all members of their group (Event participants/attendees) who are not members of the Club, the Hirer shall ensure they are registered / signed in as per requirements of the Club. The Hirer shall ensure this is done, at the latest, by the end of the every Activity / Event of the Repeat Booking. Time for setting up and clearing away shall be included within the Period of Hire and Hire Charge calculations, as it shall not be possible to access Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) until the agreed time. In addition, the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) must be vacated at the agreed time so that they are available for the next user. A charge will be levied for any time used over and above that previously booked. If the Hirer has hired the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) then: The Hirer is in any doubt as to responsible for ensuring that all access points are locked and secured before leaving the meaning of the following, a representative from Plymouth Bouncy Castles should immediately be consulted. Water is the only permitted drink, carrying sharp objectshowever the Hirer is responsible for ensuring the removal of all drinking receptacles from the area. The Hirer shall be responsible for ensuring that all litter generated by those attending / participating in the planned activities / events, key- ringsdo not leave any cigarettes or dispose of any other litter other than in the designated waste bins / skip. The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to The Club’s premises, metal studded clothing in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries. The Hirer must not make any alterations to the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) or any other similar items part of the Club’s premises without the General Purpose Committee’s prior written consent. The Hirer shall ensure that no animals except guide dogs are brought onto The Club’s premises, other than with the prior written consent of the General Purpose Committee. The Hirer must not do or allow anyone attending their planned Activities / Events to do anything in the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) or any other part of the Club’s premises, which could cause is, or may become, a nuisance to the Club or its members or to the occupiers of adjoining or neighbouring premises. The Hirer shall be responsible for requiring any person causing such a nuisance to leave the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) and/or the Club’s premises. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure. The Hirer shall ensure that where an Activity / Event involves activities aimed predominantly at children, they have appropriate child protection policies and procedures in place and that they themselves and those persons likely to have contact with children have been subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks, as required under current legislation. Where the Hirer wishes to use the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) for a purpose which involves a regulated activity as described by the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, the General Purpose Committee will require the Hirer to provide evidence that the necessary DBS or any other appropriate checks have been carried out on all persons. The General Purpose Committee reserves that right to review child protection policies and procedures and to impose any additional requirement they consider appropriate in connection with the Period of Hire. If for any reason the General Purpose Committee is not satisfied then they reserve the right to cancel this Agreement and there shall be no liability to the Hirer other than to refund any of the Hire Charge (including any Booking Deposit paid) that has been paid in respect of such cancelled Activity / Event, except in the case of a series of Activities / Events which form a “Season” where the terms of section 7.2.1 of the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) Booking Form and Hire Agreement shall apply. The Hirer is responsible for the cost of any damage (normal wear and tear excepted) to others the Club’s premises including the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), its buildings, fixtures, fittings and contents they or any person participating in or attending the planned activities / events may cause. During the Period of Hire, the Hirer shall be responsible for all damages, losses, claims and costs arising out of their use of the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) or to the Club’s premises and shall indemnify the Club from and against any expense liability loss claim or proceedings including claims for personal injury to or the equipmentdeath of any person whatsoever arising out of the course of or caused as a result of the hiring except where due to the negligence of the Club or their respective servants or agents. No food Where the Hirer is acting in the course of their business or drink is a registered Organisation / Club / Group, the Hirer is required to have adequate Public Liability Insurance in place for the use the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA). The level of indemnity of the Public Liability Insurance for each and every claim shall be taken onto or consumed on to the equipment. Publicity Material to promote your Activities / Events at the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) must have prior approval of the General Purpose Committee before being distributed. It is the responsibility of Xxxxx(s) to ensure arrangements in respect of first aid are available during the Period of Hire. The Hirer shall keep a register of all those attending the planned activities / events, so that, in the event of damagea fire, this register can be checked. THE HIRER shall The General Purpose Committee may also ask the Hirer for a copy of the register to ensure the Club’s legal requirements are being met. The Hirer is reminded that they and their group (all Activity / Event participants/attendees) should be deemed fully conversant with the procedures to have inspected be followed in the equipment and to have agreed that it event of an emergency. There is supplied parking on site in good condition unless he/she brings the car park adjacent to the attention Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA). The Hirer must not use the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) or any part of Plymouth Bouncy Castles when it the Club’s premises, including for any auction sale, trade, business or manufacture without the written agreement of the General Purpose Committee or for any illegal or immoral act or purpose and the Club reserves the right to cancel with immediate effect any Activity / Event where such use is set up and checked taking or is intended to take place without refund of the Hire Charge (including any Booking Deposit paid). The Hirer shall endeavour to ensure that no damage to the Club’s reputation will occur as a result of any failure by the hirer when coming Hirer to comply with his / her obligations under this Agreement. If any such failure by the Hirer results, or is likely to result, in material adverse reputational damage to possession the Club, termination of this Agreement will take place with immediate effect and without refund of the equipment Hire Charge (including any faults noted by Booking Deposit paid). The Hirer is reminded that the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) is open to the public and club members and therefore has the right to enter the site but not to enter or interfere in any areas which have read and understand these terms and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied been properly hired. The Hirer shall be provided with the equipmentgate access code, where required or be accompanied by a member of the General Purpose Committee who shall ensure that access to the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) is obtained prior to each Activity / Event. The Hirer is required to leave the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) locked as instructed by the member of the General Purpose Committee who is in attendance. In the interest of health and hygiene the Hirer is requested to discourage dog owners from bringing their dogs into the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA). The Club reserves the right to cancel this Agreement in the event that the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) is rendered unfit or becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. The Club reserves the right to cancel this Agreement for convenience, at its discretion, and I sign there shall be no liability to the contract fully aware Hirer other than to refund any of the implications Hire Charge (including any Booking Deposit paid) for the cancelled Activity / Event. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in force and responsibilities placed upon me effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted. No term of this Agreement shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by doing soa person who is not a party to this Agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from under that Act. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising under this Agreement.

The Club reserves the right to cancel this Agreement in the event that the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) is rendered unfit or becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. The Club reserves the right to cancel this Agreement for convenience, at its discretion, and I sign there shall be no liability to the contract fully aware Hirer other than to refund any of the implications Hire Charge (including any Booking Deposit paid) for the cancelled Activity / Event. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in force and responsibilities placed upon me effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted. No term of this Agreement shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 by doing soa person who is not a party to this Agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from under that Act. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising under this Agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE. If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Plymouth Bouncy Castles should immediately be consulted. THE HIRER will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behavior of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children or adults. MAXIMUM AGE allowed to use this equipment is 5 years and under, failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period will render the hirer liable for associated repair costs. THE HIRER shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key- key-rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment. No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment. No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Plymouth Bouncy Castles in the event of damage. THE HIRER shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of Plymouth Bouncy Castles when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer. THE HIRE PERIOD unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until or after at the discretion of Plymouth Bouncy Castles any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £35 per hour or part of. IMPORTANT NOTICE provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. Plymouth Bouncy Castles can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Plymouth Bouncy Castles or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Plymouth Bouncy Castles, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable. I DECLARE that I have read and understand these terms and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with the equipment, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so..
