FOOD AND ALCOHOL. 5.1 Responsible service of alcohol
(1) The Operator is bound by the NSW Liquor Act and must abide by the guidelines for the Responsible Service of Alcohol;
(2) Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to board;
(3) The Operator must refuse service of alcohol to both intoxicated persons and guests under the age of 18;
(4) The Operator may refuse service of alcohol to any individual, this is the Operator’s and/or the Operators employees absolute discretion at any time;
(5) If the Charter or any of the Charterers group are showing signs of intoxication, including but not limited to; slurring words, rude and/or aggressive and/or inappropriate behaviour, vomiting or loss of coronation, will result in the immediate ejection of any and all passengers at the nearest permissible wharf area with no refund offered;
(6) The Vessel has the right not to serve shots or doubles under any circumstances. Mixed drinks will be served with a standard 30ml spirit measurement;
(7) Where alcohol is supplied by the vessel, drinks service will cease 15 minutes prior to the end of the Charter;
(8) Guests are not permitted to carry liquor from the Vessel on disembarkation;
(9) Indecent behaviour on a Charter Vessel is prohibited under the NSW Liquor Act and your Charter will be terminated in the event of unacceptable behaviour as determined by the crew, and if such circumstances occur there will be no refunds;
(10) If the Charter or any of the Charterers group are seen consuming or be showing signs to be under the influence of illegal substances the charter will result in the immediate ejection of any and all passengers at the nearest permissible wharf area with no refund and the relevant authorities notified.
FOOD AND ALCOHOL. Guests are free to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages to Piney River Ranch for their own personal consumption. Operating under a liquor license, the State law requires that all alcoholic beverages be purchased from the bar. Under no circumstances are you allowed to bring in your own alcoholic beverages. If you do so, you will be fined $75 for violating our liquor policies, and will be asked to leave the premises immediately. You will also be charged in full for your accommodation reservation.

FOOD AND ALCOHOL. 7.4.1 Alcohol may be consumed on the premises, with PCC permission, PROVIDED that a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is obtained prior to the event, which covers the period of hire AND a copy is provided to the PCC’s representative ahead of the hire date. A copy of the notice must be displayed at the event.
7.4.2 The church is not licensed for the preparation of food. Any requirement to prepare food on the church premises should be discussed and agreed with the PCC representative. No consumables are provided by the church.
7.4.3 The hirer is responsible for ensuring that food is prepared and stored according to hygiene regulations. After use, hirers are responsible for ensuring that all kitchen items and surfaces are cleaned and put away.
FOOD AND ALCOHOL. The Monastery Manchester has the exclusive rights to provide refreshments consisting of food, liqueurs and other beverages at your event. Items of this nature cannot be brought onto the site. No food or alcohol may be brought into The Monastery Manchester for consumption by the client without written permission of The Monastery Manchester. If corkage is permitted please be aware that any bottles not consumed will be returned to the client but the corkage fee is non refundable.
FOOD AND ALCOHOL. 1. For groups larger than 50 all food and beverage service must be provided by a caterer. An exception is made for dessert only functions. All caterers must have a current health certificate, business license, commercial general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance (if serving alcohol). All wait staff must have a current food handling permit from the health department.
2. The Town of La Xxxxxx adheres to state and local health guidelines which dictate that food items may not be taken off the premises. Accordingly, all food and beverage prepared and provided by food service providers must be consumed during the specific event and may not be taken off property.
3. The Washington State Liquor Control Board (WSLCB) regulates alcoholic beverages and service. The guest or caterer is responsible for securing appropriate permits.
4. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a server holding a MAST permit from the WSLCB.
5. Alcohol service for all events must end no later than 10:00 p.m., except that alcohol service for New Year’s Eve events must terminate no later than 12:30 a.m. Failure to end alcohol service as set forth above shall result in forfeiture of the alcohol deposit.
6. No outside alcohol is permitted inside the building. Security staff may stop an event if outside alcohol is confiscated.
7. The Licensee expressly assumes legal responsibility for any person’s consumption of alcohol, inclusive of all potential consequences thereof.
