FOOD AND ALCOHOL. Guests are free to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages to Piney River Ranch for their own personal consumption. Operating under a liquor license, the State law requires that all alcoholic beverages be purchased from the bar. Under no circumstances are you allowed to bring in your own alcoholic beverages. If you do so, you will be fined $75 for violating our liquor policies, and will be asked to leave the premises immediately. You will also be charged in full for your accommodation reservation.

FOOD AND ALCOHOL. 1. For groups larger than 50 all food and beverage service must be provided by a caterer. An exception is made for dessert only functions. All caterers must have a current health certificate, business license, commercial general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance (if serving alcohol). All wait staff must have a current food handling permit from the health department.

FOOD AND ALCOHOL. You and your family may bring in food if first checked in at the nurse’s station. This requirement is to assure proper storage and consideration of your dietary restrictions. You may be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages with a physician’s order. All alcohol must be stored and labeled at the nurse’s station.

Applications for any type of special license must be made at least 20 Working Days before the Event date. The licence must be given to the Venue Manager before the Event.
