PAYMENT CONDITIONS The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Valid means of payment are cash in Euros, EC card, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card and American Express. For payment settlement we use the 3D Secure 2.0 system for secure and additional customer authorisation. Terms and Conditions of Payment Payments will be made to the Service Provider according to the payment schedule stated in the SCC. Unless otherwise stated in the SCC, the advance payment (Advance for Mobilization, Materials and Supplies) shall be made against the provision by the Service Provider of a bank guarantee for the same amount, and shall be valid for the period stated in the SCC. Any other payment shall be made after the conditions listed in the SCC for such payment have been met, and the Service Provider have submitted an invoice to the Procuring Entity specifying the amount due.

In the event of a conflict between the Donor Terms and any other provision of this Agreement (including any Additional Terms of TO) or any other document between Contractor and Mercy Corps, the Donor Terms will prevail.
Other Terms and Conditions You also agree to be bound by any other specific terms and conditions governing such recurring/instalment payment scheme. Additional Terms and Conditions This Annex A to the Second Amended and Restated Servicing Agreement, dated October 31, 2021 (the “Agreement”), among Xxxxx Bank and Xxxxx Trust Company, as Sellers, the Bank Assets Purchaser and, upon execution of the Joinder Agreement, the Delaware Trust Assets Purchaser, as Purchasers, and Guarantor (solely for purposes of Section 9.5 of the Agreement), is incorporated into and deemed part of the Agreement in all respects.
