TERMS AND MODE OF PAYMENT. 9.1 Payment for the Petroleum Products purchased hereunder shall be made ten (10) days after the date of delivery and [*.*] (the “Payment Terms”). Seller reserves the right, upon written notice to Buyer, to modify the number of calendar days in which payment must be made if Seller reduces the number of days offered to its customers as standard payment terms from 10 calendar days; provided however, that if Seller does reduce the number of calendar days in which payment must be made by its customers generally, the change will not be effective for at least [*.*] days after the date on which Seller provides the notice to Buyer of the change. Any unpaid amount will bear interest at the rate of [*.*]. The interest charged will be calculated daily, from the due date to the date that payment is received by Seller.
