Terms for ROFO Space. i. The term for the ROFO Space shall commence upon the commencement date stated in the ROFO Notice and thereupon such ROFO Space shall be considered a part of the “Premises”, provided that all of the terms stated in the ROFO Notice shall govern Tenant’s leasing of the ROFO Space and only to the extent that they do not conflict with the ROFO Notice, the terms and conditions of the Amended Lease shall apply to the ROFO Space.
