Common use of Terms of Authorization Clause in Contracts

Terms of Authorization. Authorization cards will be filed with the payroll department by the employee and will continue in effect until revoked by the employee on a form provided by the School District (payroll department). Application for PAC deduction will be accepted at any time with change in payment reflected as soon as is practicable, but within forty-five (45) days. Subd. 3. Schedule of Deductions: Deductions will be made in sixteen (16) equal installments beginning on October 5, and ending on May 20.
