Common use of TERMS OF LEASE Clause in Contracts

TERMS OF LEASE. This Lease shall be for a period of months commencing on the day of <Month>, 20 (the Commencement Date), and ending on the day of <Month>, 20 (the Termination Date), unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. This Lease is contingent upon the majority approval by a quorum of the Commission members of the Texas Facilities Commission.
