TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. This Policy, the Policyholder’s Group Insurance Plan Application, the Benefit Schedule, the Riders and Appendices, as well as any proof of insurability and any student’s application for insurance constitute the entire contract between the parties. Any rider affixed to the contract at a later date is deemed to be an integral part of the contract in accordance with the terms set out in the rider.
