TERMS OF VALIDITY. This Agreement shall enter into force on its execution and, save as otherwise provided for by art. 7, shall expire after 2 (two) years from its signature.

If for any reason the transfer of the Concession is not approved by the Government Authorities within (6) months after the date of this Agreement Kalimas shall have the option to terminate this Agreement with no further liability hereunder.

TERMS OF VALIDITY. This CONTRACT shall come into force from the date of signing by the both parties and terminate automatically when the SERVICES to be furnished by IOTA to the OWNER as stipulated herein and responsibility of the OWNER as stipulated in Article III have been completed or when the termination was agreed, confirmed or allowed pursuant to Article VI in the CONTRACT.
