Terms Surviving Termination. The terms provided in Paragraphs 8.9.3, 8.10.3, 9.3, 9.6, 13.1, 13.3, 13.13, 13.15, 13.16, and 13.20 shall survive any termination of this Settlement Agreement.
Terms Surviving Termination. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, no party shall he released from any obligation that accrued prior to the date of such termination, and each party shall remain bound by the provisions of this Agreement which by their terms impose obligations upon such party that extend beyond the date of such termination, including the provisions of Articles IV, V and VII.
