Common use of Terrorism Clause in Contracts

Terrorism. Terrorism means an act, including but not limited to the use of force or violence and/or the threat thereof, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organisation(s) or government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section of the public, in fear.

Terrorism. Terrorism. Terrorism means an act, including but not limited to activity that involves a violent act or the unlawful use of force or violence and/or the an unlawful act dangerous to human life, tangible or intangible property or infrastructure, or a threat thereof; and appears to be intended to 5.32.1 intimidate or coerce a civilian population, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of or in connection with any organisation(s) or government(s), committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including the intention to influence any government and/or to put the public, or any section of the public, in fear.or

Terrorism. Terrorism means an actaction or treat of action organized clandestinely for ideological, including but not limited to the use of force political, ethnic or violence and/or the threat thereofreligious purposes, of any person or group(s) of persons, whether acting alone or on behalf of executed individually or in connection with any organisation(s) group and attempt on persons or government(s)destroying partially or completely the economic value of the tangible or intangible goods, committed for political, religious, ideological or similar purposes including the intention either to influence any government and/or to put impress the public, to create a climate of insecurity or any section to exert pressure on the authorities, or to hinder traffic and the normal functioning of a service or a company and being the object of the public, in fearmedia.
