The Contractor agrees to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that none of the funds received from FAO under this Contract are used to provide support to individuals or entities: 33.1 associated with terrorism, as included in the list maintained by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to Resolution 1267 (1999) (xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/sc/committees/1267/pdf/consolidatedlist.pdf); or 33.2 that are the subject of sanctions or other enforcement measures promulgated by the United Nations Security Council.
