Test and Studies. If Purchaser terminates this Contract for any reason, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller, at no charge to Seller, copies of all surveys, soil tests, traffic and other studies and testing, plans, specifications, engineering drawings and all other information owned by or in the possession of Purchaser which pertain to the Property or Purchaser's Intended Use. This paragraph shall survive the Closing.
