Common use of Test Equipment and Procedure Correlation Clause in Contracts

Test Equipment and Procedure Correlation. The test equipment and procedures used in the VENDOR's final inspection and test, will correlate with the test equipment and procedures used by GTECH. If correlation is not achieved within 30 calendar days prior to the first production shipment, the VENDOR agrees to obtain additional test equipment and/or develop procedures that are capable of correlation. Said test equipment and procedures will be mutually agreed upon by both the VENDOR and GTECH Purchasing, QA and Test Engineering.
