Add the following: Tenders will be considered non-responsive if, inter alia: - the tender is not in compliance with the Scope of Work; - the tenderer does not comply with the CIDB contractor grading designation specified in F.2.1.2 above. - the tenderer has failed to clarify or submit any supporting documentation within the time for submission stated in the employers written request.
