Common use of Test Meeting Clause in Contracts

Test Meeting. An on-site meeting shall be conducted and recorded by Seller. The objective of the meeting is to review test preparedness and conduct a test site walk thru and for the Seller to present a summary of its procedure and presentation plans for the test period. Safety and schedule requirements shall also be reviewed. During this meeting Seller shall submit an instrumentation location map and calibration sheets for field verification by the Purchaser Representative. Lead test representatives for the Seller and the Purchaser shall be present. In connection with the XXXX Storage Capacity Tests, the Seller will deliver the following items: Specification “cut-sheets” for all Primary Measurement Devices; Manuals of equipment being tested, wherever applicable; Calibration certificates for all Primary Measurement Devices; Applicable transformer factory test certificates and field testing reports; Inverter factory test certificates; Inverter commissioning reports; SCADA System commissioning reports (as applicable for the portion(s) of the XXXX being tested); Switchgear factory test certificates and field testing reports; Instrumentation location map; and Calculations, methodology, equations and procedures. The Seller shall submit the above documentation to Purchaser for Purchaser review at least thirty (30) Business Days prior to commencing the XXXX Storage Capacity Tests. Purchaser will respond back with comments or acceptance within fifteen (15) Business Days of the receipt of these items. XXXX Storage Capacity Tests will be performed when the following conditions are met: The site equipment completed commissioning, and system is in automatic operation. Utility grid voltage is stable and within +/- 5% of design voltage, confirmed by Purchaser. Systems are commissioned in automatic operation There is grid connectivity provided by Purchaser at each Inverter such that the XXXX Storage Capacity Tests can be accomplished under load. To the extent that AC grid power is unavailable and the measured capacity test is unable to be performed, Project Substantial Completion will be extended on a day-for-day basis until such time grid power is available and the measured capacity test can be performed.
