Test Meeting. An on-site meeting shall be conducted and recorded by Seller. The objective of the meeting is to review test preparedness and conduct a test site walk thru and for the Seller to present a summary of its procedure and presentation plans for the test period. Safety and schedule requirements shall also be reviewed. During this meeting Seller shall submit an instrumentation location map and calibration sheets for field verification by the Purchaser Representative. Lead test representatives for the Seller and the Purchaser shall be present.
