Test System. 12.1 Philips will provide software versions for an off-line test system (“Test System”). The Test System is not to be used in a production environment or to provide patient care. No additional services will be provided hereunder for the Test System. Initial capital purchase of Test System licenses and hardware is Customer’s responsibility.
