Testing and Special Inspections. (i) The INSPECTOR shall obtain a copy of the DSA approved Statement of Structural Tests and Special Inspections (Form DSA 103) from the Project Architect/Engineer prior to the commencement of construction and maintain a copy of the approved DSA 103 form in the INSPECTOR’s Project File for the duration of the PROJECT. The INSPECTOR shall thoroughly review and evaluate the approved Form DSA 103 for the PROJECT and be familiar with the required testing and special inspections program required by the DSA approved Construction Documents.
