Testing of Check Meter. SCE shall test and recalibrate the Check Meter at least once every Term Year. The Check Meter will be locked or sealed, and the lock or seal will be broken, only by a SCE representative. Seller has the right to be present whenever such lock or seal is broken. SCE shall replace the Check Meter battery at least once every 36 months; provided, if the Check Meter battery fails, SCE shall promptly replace such battery.
