Tests at Manufacturer’s Plant. 13.5.1 Prior to supply of a sample Bus that conforms to the Specifications and Standards (the “Prototype”), the Operator shall carry out, or cause to be carried out, at its own cost and expense, all Tests in accordance with Schedule-H and such other tests that the Operator may consider necessary to demonstrate that the Prototype complies in all respects with the Specifications and Standards. The Operator shall provide to the Authority forthwith, a copy of the Operator’s report on each test containing the results of such test and the action, if any, that it proposes to take for compliance with the Specifications and Standards.
