Tests Prior to Synchronization of the Complex. Prior to synchronization of the Complex with the Grid System, the Engineer shall deliver to the Company and the Power Purchaser the Certificate of Readiness for Synchronization. Prior to the delivery of the Certificate of Readiness for Synchronization and the first synchronization of the Complex, the Company shall carry out, or shall cause the Contractors to carry out, in the presence of the Engineer, the following tests:
