Texas Residents. Obligor will provide You with written notification of any material changes to this Contract 45 day in advance of the implementation of such changes. Notice may not be provided to You when changes are favorable to You or when changes are mandated by a regulatory agency. After notice of a material change, You may terminate this Contract by providing written notice within the 45-day period prior to the effective date of the change. If You do not respond prior to the expiration of the 45-day period, the change will be deemed accepted by You.
