Right to data portability the right to request that we move, copy or transfer your Data.
Right to data portability. Participant has the right to receive back the personal data Participant provided Prologis, if Prologis processed the data by automated means. Participant will receive the data in a machine-readable format, and Prologis will assist Participant in the transmission of the data to another company if it is technically feasible.
Right to data portability. You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that the processing is based on consent or a contract and the processing is carried out by us with the help of automated processes.

The Grantee has the right to be informed about how the Grantee may obtain written information about the Company’s policies and practices with respect to service providers outside Canada and the name or position name or title of a person who is able to answer on behalf of the Company the Grantee’s questions about the collection, use, disclosure or storage of personal information by service providers outside Canada for or on behalf of the Company. •
Right to data portability all the above rights are available only in cases and to the extent resulting from legal provisions, in particular the GDPR
Right to data portability a) Individuals (Data Subjects) have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to Transoft, in a structured, commonly used and machine- readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another Controller without hindrance from Transoft, where: i) the Processing is based on Consent or on a contract with Transoft; and ii) the Processing is carried out by automated means. b) In exercising his or her right to data portability pursuant to this Privacy Policy, the Individuals (Data Subjects) have the right to have the Personal Data transmitted directly from one Controller to another, where technically feasible. c) The exercise of the right referred to in this section shall be without prejudice to the rights of the individual for erasure. That right shall not apply to Processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Transoft.
