Right to data portability the right to request that we move, copy or transfer your Data.
Right to data portability. Participant has the right to receive back the personal data Participant provided Prologis, if Prologis processed the data by automated means. Participant will receive the data in a machine-readable format, and Prologis will assist Participant in the transmission of the data to another company if it is technically feasible.
Right to data portability. In certain circumstances, you may request that we provide your personal data to you in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and have it transferred to another provider of the same or similar services as us. Where this right is applicable we will comply with such transfer as far as technically feasible.

(1) The individual has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to the Data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the Data controller, where:
a) the processing is based on consent or on a contract; and
b) the processing is carried out by automated means.
(2) In exercising the right to data portability pursuant to paragraph 1, the individual shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.
(3) Exercising the aforesaid right shall not contravene to provisions concerning the right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) and, further, this right shall not harm the rights and freedoms of others.

The Grantee has the right to be provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format with a copy of his or her Data or to have it transferred directly to another entity or person. • Right to be informed. The Grantee has the right to be informed of the purposes for which the Data are to be collected, used and disclosed and the consequences of granting consent. On request, the Grantee has the right to be informed of the position name or title and the contact information for an officer or employee of the organization who is able to answer the Grantee’s questions about the collection of the Data. The Grantee also has the right to be informed of the use of any service providers located outside of Canada used to collect the Data or to whom the Data may be transferred. The Grantee has the right to be informed about how the Grantee may obtain written information about the Company’s policies and practices with respect to service providers outside Canada and the name or position name or title of a person who is able to answer on behalf of the Company the Grantee’s questions about the collection, use, disclosure or storage of personal information by service providers outside Canada for or on behalf of the Company. •
Right to data portability. This consists of the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a Data Controller, in a structured, machine-readable format and to transmit them to another Data Controller without being prevented by the Data Controller to whom the data were provided. Right to object: The data subject may object at any time, on grounds relating to his particular situation, to personal data concerning him being processed for the fulfilment of a public interest or for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, including the profiling on the basis of such provisions.
