TEXTBOOK AND TUITION PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION. The Department Head is responsible for the administration of this program. Applications for reimbursement must receive approval by the Department Head prior to the first class session. An official record of grades and receipts must be received by the Department Head within 90 days after the last class session. Reimbursement will be made to the employee within two weeks after grade cards and receipts have been received by the Department Head. New employees, however, will not be reimbursed until they have completed thirteen (13) bi-weeks of County employment.
