TFCC RATIO Sample Clauses

TFCC RATIO. Commencing as of the Third Amendment Effective Date and continuing as of each Fiscal Quarter end until the Maturity Date, the Borrower Consolidation shall maintain a minimum TFCC Ratio of 1.10 to 1.00. Each TFCC Ratio calculation shall be made on a cumulative basis with respect to each applicable Fiscal Quarter and the most recently ended three (3) preceding Fiscal Quarters on a rolling four (4) Fiscal Quarter basis."

TFCC RATIO. As of the Third Amendment Effective Date, Section 6.01 of the Original Credit Agreement entitled "TFCC Ratio" shall be and is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
TFCC RATIO. The HCR Consolidation shall maintain a minimum TFCC Ratio as of the end of each Fiscal Quarter of greater than or equal to: (a) 1.3 to 1.0 from the Third Amendment Effective Date through November 30, 1998, (b) 1.4 to 1.0 from December 1, 1998 through November 30, 1999, and (c) 1.5 to 1.0 from December 1, 1999 through the Maturity Date."
