TGR. E is entitled to fully or in part withdraw from contract if the credit worthiness of the Business Partner is impaired to an extent that it becomes doubtful whether they can perform their contractual obligations towards TGR-E for reason such as - but not limited to - stops of payment, payment execution or initiation of insolvency proceedings or non-opening of insolvency proceedings due to insufficient assets.
TGR. E, however, does not warrant that the testing results achieved through the use of the Facility will achieve certain results or will meet the results expected by Customer.
TGR. 1 FORM: The FORM issued by the Ministry of Finance through the General Treasury of the Republic for receipt of the payment of current revenue.
TGR. E permits Customer the use of its facility and / or equipment as defined in the individual agreement between TGR-E and Customer ("Facility"). The Customer is solely permitted to use the Facility, however, TGR-E will at all times remain owner and operator of the Facility.
TGR. E shall, however, be entitled to use all know-how, ideas and concepts generated by TGR-E in connection with the provision of the Service for its own purpose, including the provision of services to other customers.
TGR. E warrants that TGR-E will provide the Service at least in accordance with general market standards for such Service.
TGR. E will provide the services defined in an individual agreement between TGR-E and Business Partner (the "Services"). Unless expressly specified otherwise, TGR-E is not obliged to produce certain work results.
TGR. E, however, does not warrant that the Service will serve a specific purpose or allows Business Partner to achieve certain results.
