Common use of The Accounting Dept Clause in Contracts

The Accounting Dept. will reduce the accrued donated leave from the donor(s) on an as needed basis so that the accrued donations can be tracked and not taken from the donor until it has been used by the requesting employee. Therefore, only days that are used by the requestor will be subtracted from the appropriate accrued leave of the donor.
