The Agreement expires Sample Clauses
The Agreement expires. 10.2.1. when the Participant terminates the Agreement;
10.2.2. when the Management Company discharges its obligations to the Participant;
10.2.3. when the Participant dies;
10.2.4. when the Pension Fund is liquidated.
The Agreement expires. During the effective period of the agreement, with the unanimous consent of both parties through consultation.
The Agreement expires. 6.7.1. By written agreement of the Parties;
6.7.2. In the cases provided for in the Agreement and / or applicable legal acts upon termination of the Agreement by a statement of one of the Parties;
6.7.3. In accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 2.5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
