Taking Effect. This Agreement shall be effective upon signing by the Parties’ authorized representatives and shall be affixed with their respective company seals. Asset Transfer Agreement
Taking Effect. This Amended and Restated Agreement shall take effect only upon its proper execution by both Textron and Licensee.
