The Association’s Rights Sample Clauses

The Association’s Rights. The Association shall have the right to demand by written notice delivered to the Corporation that any employee of the Corporation be terminated, but only if the termination is reasonably and legally supportable in the opinion of the Corporation as a termination for cause. Otherwise, the termination of an employee at the instance of the Association shall only be completed upon the Association's agreement to indemnify the Corporation with respect to any liability for such termination, including but not limited to, unemployment insurance taxes, and such indemnity shall be in a form and under terms satisfactory to the Corporation.
