The Authority. Contracting AUTHORITY and the SERVICE PROVIDER agree that any acts, events, omissions, happenings or non- happenings resulting from the adoption of the Euro by the United Kingdom government shall not be considered to constitute Force Majeure under this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts.
