The Board's Maintenance and Utility Obligations. A. The Board shall provide structural maintenance of the Terminal Buildings and shall (except as provided in the immediately following sentence) maintain and repair the exterior walls of the Premises in the Terminal Buildings. However, maintenance of all interior and exterior walls constructed or remodeled by Concessionaire shall be Concessionaire's responsibility.
