Common use of The Building and The Project Clause in Contracts

The Building and The Project. The Premises are a part of the building set forth in Section 2.1 of the Summary (the “Building”). The term “Project,” as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building and the Common Areas, (ii) the land (which is improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building and the Common Areas are located, (iii) the other buildings located in the project known as “BioPoint Innovation Labs”, and the land upon which such adjacent buildings are located, and (iv) at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, land, buildings or other improvements added thereto outside of the Project. Landlord may only own portions of the Project and any rights granted within portions of the Project not owned by Landlord shall be pursuant to recorded declarations and easements to the extent such documents exist.
