Common use of The Buildings Clause in Contracts

The Buildings. The buildings and improvements currently located on the Land, including, but not limited to, any and all structures, systems, facilities, fixtures, machinery, equipment and conduits and lines that provide fire protection, security, heat, exhaust, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical power, light, plumbing, refrigeration, gas, sewer and water thereto, which sometimes shall specifically be referred to by its common name as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto (each a “Building” and collectively, the “Buildings”).

The Buildings. The buildings and improvements currently located or to be constructed on the Land, other than the Expansion Buildings, including, but not limited to, any and all structures, systems, facilities, fixtures, machinery, equipment and conduits and lines that provide fire protection, security, heat, exhaust, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical power, light, plumbing, refrigeration, gas, sewer and water thereto, each of which sometimes shall specifically be referred to by its common name as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto (each a “Building” and collectively, the “Buildings”).
