THE CARD FACILITY. 3.1 During its currency and subject to the Terms and Conditions of use herein set out as modified and stipulated by the Bank from time to time, the Card entitles the Cardmember to Services with the Bank within the Card Limit imposed by the Bank and, subject to the express approval of the Bank, to other banking facilities and services provided to the Cardmember from time to time.
