The City is Not Liable. Neither the City, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives or contractors shall be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from acts or omissions by the Central Valley Water Board members, or the Central Valley Water Board staff, attorneys, or representatives in carrying out activities pursuant to this Stipulated Order, nor shall the City, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives or contractors be held as parties to or guarantors of any contract entered into by the Central Valley Water Board, its members or staff the City, in carrying out activities pursuant to this Stipulated Order.

The City is Not Liable. The City is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any damage to the natural environment or property, including any nuisance, trespass, negligence or injury to any person, however caused, arising from the presence, deposit, escape, discharge, leak, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance related to the Company’s occupation or use of a Service Corridor or City Structure, unless the damage was caused directly or indirectly by the negligence or wilful misconduct of The City or those for whom The City is responsible in law.

  • The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.

  • Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.

  • JURISDICTION & VENUE In the event that any action is brought to enforce any provision of this Master Contract, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Xxxxxxxx County Superior Court for the State of Washington and agree that in any such action venue shall lie exclusively at Olympia, Washington.
