Hazardous Substance definition
Hazardous Substance means any substance that is: (i) listed, classified or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law; (ii) any petroleum product or by-product, asbestos-containing material, lead-containing paint or plumbing, polychlorinated biphenyls, radioactive materials or radon; or (iii) any other substance which is the subject of regulatory action by any Governmental Entity pursuant to any Environmental Law.
Hazardous Substance means any element, waste or other substance, whether natural or artificial, and whether consisting of gas, liquid, solid or vapour, that is prohibited, listed, defined, judicially interpreted, designated or classified as dangerous, hazardous, radioactive, explosive, toxic, a pollutant or a contaminant under or pursuant to any Environmental Laws.
Hazardous Substance means any substance, material or waste that is characterized or regulated under any Environmental Law as “hazardous,” “pollutant,” “contaminant,” “toxic” or words of similar meaning or effect, including petroleum and petroleum products, polychlorinated biphenyls and asbestos.

No facility of any Loan Party is used for, or to the knowledge of any Loan Party has been used for, storage, treatment, or disposal of any Hazardous Substance in violation of any applicable Environmental Law, other than violations that individually or collectively would not constitute a Material Adverse Effect.
Conduct its business so as to comply in all material respects with all applicable Environmental Laws, shall promptly take corrective action to remedy any violation of any Environmental Law, and shall promptly notify Administrative Agent of any claims or demands by any Governmental Authority or Person with respect to any Environmental Law or Hazardous Substance.

Hazardous Substance means any chemical, pollutant, contaminant, waste, toxic substance, hazardous substance or other substance or material defined in or regulated pursuant to Environmental Laws;
Hazardous Substance means any pollutant, contaminant, waste or chemical or any toxic, radioactive, ignitable, corrosive, reactive or otherwise hazardous substance, waste or material, or any substance, waste or material having any constituent elements displaying any of the foregoing characteristics, including any substance, waste or material regulated under any Environmental Law.
Hazardous Substance means any hazardous, toxic, explosive or radioactive material, substance, waste or other pollutant that is regulated by, or may give rise to Liability pursuant to, any Environmental Law, including any petroleum products or byproducts, asbestos, lead, polychlorinated biphenyls, per- and poly-fluoroakyl substances, or radon.

Hazardous Substance means any toxic or hazardous materials, wastes or substances, defined as, or included in the definition of, "hazardous wastes," "hazardous materials" or "toxic substances" under any Environmental Law, including, but not limited to, asbestos, buried contaminants, regulated chemicals, flammable explosives, radioactive materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, petroleum and petroleum products.
Hazardous Substance means (a) any material, substance, chemical, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral or gas, in each case, whether naturally occurring or manmade, that is hazardous, acutely hazardous, toxic, or words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws, and (b) any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation and polychlorinated biphenyls.
Hazardous Substance means any substance listed, defined, designated, classified or regulated as a waste, pollutant or contaminant or as hazardous, toxic, radioactive or dangerous or any other term of similar import under any Environmental Law, including but not limited to petroleum.
