The City Named As Additional Insured. The policies required by section 2.1 above shall provide that the City is named as an Additional Insured thereunder and that said policies are primary without any right of contribution from any insurance otherwise maintained by the City. The City shall also be named as a Loss Payee under the policy required by Section 2.2.
