THE CITY’S RIGHT TO REJECT WORK. 2.6.1 The Director shall have the right to reject Work that does not conform to the Contract Documents. City shall also have the right to require special inspection or testing of the Work, whether or not such Work is then fabricated, installed, or completed. Neither City’s right to act under this Section nor any decision by City either to exercise or not to exercise such right shall give rise to any duty or responsibility of City to XXXX or to any other person or entity, or result in a waiver of any of City’s rights or relieve XXXX of its obligations.
