The Clauses. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms set out in the Customer Agreement as set out in Schedule 1 govern the rights and responsibilities of the Client and the Supplier in relation to the use of the Online Services. All Grey Matter services which falls outside the Online Services are governed by the terms of the Main Agreement and shall take precedence over the terms of the Customer Agreement should any conflict arise over the use of the Grey Matter services.
