Access Management The Engineer shall coordinate and evaluate access management within the project limits in accordance with the latest State Access Management Manual or as directed by the State.
Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.
PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES a. DIR Customer shall comply with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code, or applicable local law, in making payments to the Vendor. Payment under a DIR Contract shall not foreclose the right to recover wrongful payments.
Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)
Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Out-of-Network Services We Cover the services of Non-Participating Providers. See the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract for the Non-Participating Provider services that are Covered. In any case where benefits are limited to a certain number of days or visits, such limits apply in the aggregate to in-network and out-of-network services.
Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.
