The Consortium Members shall. a) keep a copy of the piece of information or data or equivalent of the sample in the national territory; b) return the samples, information, or data to the Country, after performance of the analysis, test, or processing; and c) provide ANP with the results obtained from the analyses, tests, and processing performed, provided that the terms of the Applicable Laws and Regulations are met.
