Common use of The Contracting Authority or Owner Clause in Contracts

The Contracting Authority or Owner. may engage a Neutral Facilitator for the purposes of (1) building cooperative relationships among the Project participants to achieve discrete objectives; (2) encouraging educated, productive, and expedited attempts to avoid, minimize, and resolve disputes; and (3) maximizing the effectiveness of each participant’s resources.
