Common use of The Contractor Clause in Contracts

The Contractor. 16.2.1 shall not and shall procure that any of its employees, consultants, agents, or sub-contractors shall not commit a Prohibited Act in connection with the Contract. 16.2.2 warrants, represents and undertakes to the Authority that it is not aware of any financial or other advantage being given to any person working for or engaged by the Authority, or that an agreement has been reached to that effect, in connection with the execution of this Contract, excluding any arrangement of which full details have been disclosed in writing to the Authority before execution of this Contract.
