THE CORPORATION'S REPRESENTATIVE. The Corporation will designate an individual who will serve as the Corporation's Representative and normal point of contact for the Firm in regard to this Agreement and the Firm's services and obligations hereunder. The Corporation may from time to time change this designation by written notification to the Firm.
